ISTDP therapy

Working with the patterns underneath.

ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) is an evidence-based psychodynamic therapy that helps individuals identify and work through unconscious emotional and relational patterns contributing to distress, recurring life challenges or limitations in wellbeing.

The approach focuses on developing greater awareness of emotions, reducing anxiety and removing the barriers that prevent people from living more freely and authentically.

Relevant for

ISTDP may be relevant if you experience

  • Recurring patterns affecting work or personal life
  • Stress and burnout
  • Self-criticism and perfectionism
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Emotional challenges in life transitions
  • Counterproductive behaviours impacting personal growth and self-development

Therapy is provided in a confidential and professional setting, grounded in advanced training and certification in ISTDP, psychodynamic understanding and ongoing professional supervision.
